TrueForge Supply aims to provide same-day delivery for in-stock items within our service area.

Yes, TrueForge Supply provides local delivery, Postal shipping and courier services as well.
How far will TrueForge Supply travel for deliveries?
We currently deliver within a 20 km radius of our base of operations, predominantly servicing Melbourne’s Western Suburbs. Service areas may expand over time.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free for orders of $150 or more.
Orders under $150 incur a $20 delivery fee. Delivery fees and pricing structures may be reviewed and adjusted as the business grows.
How do I place an order?

Does TrueForge Supply offer Trade Credit (payment terms)?
At this time, TrueForge Supply does not extend trade credit or delayed payment terms. All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch or delivery.
What payment methods does TrueForge Supply accept?
TrueForge Supply processes online payments securely through Stripe, which accepts major payment methods including credit cards, debit cards and other supported digital payment options.
We also offer the option of a Prepaid Trade Account, allowing clients to maintain a pre-funded balance (typically between $1,000 and $100,000) for future purchases. Orders placed will be deducted from the available balance, and any remaining unused funds may be refunded upon request, subject to standard verification procedures.
